Purposes and legal bases

We process data to handle enquiries, prepare and deliver cooperation, maintain business correspondence, comply with legal obligations and protect the website. Depending on the purpose, the basis may be Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) or (f) GDPR.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by providers of hosting, email, IT, security, legal, accounting and — where enabled with consent — functional or marketing tools. Transfers outside the EEA use mechanisms permitted by Chapter V GDPR.

• access and rectification;
• erasure where the GDPR conditions are met;
• restriction of processing;
• data portability where applicable;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
• withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
